IMAGE SUBMISSIONS
MUST BE THE FOLLOWING:
Submission sizing, and amount of photos are as follows, but not limited to, and is subject to change:
SUBMISSION ACCEPTANCE (Also Includes Instagram Story Submissions)
Make sure all submissions are in final comp phase before submitting. All submissions are published as is. Also, have your Instagram Stories in the current Instagram sizing format(s). 1 video, or photo for Instagram Stories.
Upload from 2 to 16 high resolution images.
Must be high resolution in order to be accepted for publishing.
Preferred in the JPG format.
Using sRGB color profile is okay.
The current permitted magazine image sizes are:
Portrait: 8.5 × 11 inches, 300 dpi (2550 × 3300 pixels).
Landscape: 17 × 11 inches, 300 dpi (5100 × 3300 pixels).
GUIDELINES & SIZES
All images/videos must be retouched, edited, and of high quality before submission.
Provide photoshoot participants, social media accounts, and email, as the photos are required to be tagged.
Submissions without credits to the above requirements, will not be accepted.

CONSENTING DURING SUBMISSION
By submitting for publication into the Vanity Fur Magazine, you confirm the following:
1. Must be sole owner of all rights, including intellectual property (copyrights, trademarks, etc.), of every submission.
2. Must have obtained publication permission from the models or their representatives.
3. The models have consent from the photographer, legal representative, or agent for publication.
4. You agree to indemnify the publisher for all potential damages, expenses, claims, and other liabilities arising in case of breach of your obligations to protect the intellectual property of third parties.
5. You must consent to the allowance of the use of your submissions in all media formats of the magazine.
This includes websites, video materials, marketing, and advertising materials.
